- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am on a transformation journey. I started competing this year (2010)
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I believe the harder one works for something the greater the reward. I also believe sometimes we are rewarded for our hard work and don't always see it. Working out is more than a great body and winning a contest it is a new chance at life, health, and overall confidence.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Never give up, but know when your body is telling you to take a break and sleep. :-)
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Currently I am using Ripped Fuel and Whey Protein powder. "Ripped Fuel" does not make me shake and I am getting great results.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Everyone who is in it.
