Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I got into fitness at the age of 15yrs old in high school because I was too small to play sports. I started going to the near by gym for 2-3hrs a day and started to see great results with my physique. I then picked up fitness magazines every month following the fitness/ bodybuilding world and I haven't stopped since.

I have been weight training, bodybuilding and following the fitness industry for over 10years now. My first bodybuilding contest was when I was 21yrs old and I have been competing since, now having done 7 competitions and placing 5 out of 7 shows.

Current placings:
2008 NPC Natural Mid-States Muscle Classics XXI, IL-Rockford: 1st Men's Novice Middleweight, 3rd Men's Open Middleweight
2009 NPC IL-State: 1st Men's Novice Lt. Heavyweight, 1st Overall Novice, 1st Men's Open Lt. Heavyweight
2009 GNC- IN Anderson: 5th Men's Open Lt. Heavyweight

Philosophies and Beliefs:: Giving others motivation and advice to better there physique and themselves. I' am looking to work with people and participate in projects and advertising campaigns. As well as helping other with honest advice and training so they can achieve whatever goal them have.
I believe in doing good and helping people the right way in the fitness/ bodybuilding industry.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Stick with a base plans and adjust things like foods, calories, training and supplement as you achieve your goal the best you can.
Listen to your body and feel what works for you and what doesn't.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Protein Powders because they have good source of nutrients/ proteins for a meal replacements and are very convenient.

L-Glutamine helps maintain and build muscle mass.

Nitric Oxide N.O. supplement for lean muscle gains.

L-Carnitine to help metabolism fat and regulating the body's insulin levels naturally.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Arnold, Frank Zane, Flex Wheeler, Dexter Jackson, Phil Heath and Flex James Lewis
