- I transformed my body July 1, 2009 through November and did my first competition at 45 Dec. 5 placing 2nd in the masters, 3rd in the novice and 3rd in the open light heavy weight at the Natural Physique Association
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Eat clean year round and stay lean for health, train hard but listen to your body and do cardio daily.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Time, consistency and motivation for weights, cardio, diet and supplementation
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
