Profile Information
- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- A friend told me about this site so I decided to check it out... I am in the fitness industry (PT) but I also like to get new ideas from other people in order to improve my body and those of the people I work with. I have practiced sports most of my life but I started lifting about 3 years ago and discovered that I truly enjoy it. I lift weights 4-5 times a week. I have also done a couple of XFit classes recently (which I must admit are great). Overall I would just like to achieve the best body I can. I am not sure about competing professionally at the moment but the idea of training to achieve such physic would be a great experience not only physically but mentally as well.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Work hard play hard... Physical fitness can neither be achieved by wishful thinking nor outright purchase---you gotta move!!!
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Persistance is the key.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Don't really take any supplements... I take NO Explode before workouts to give me that extra kick.
