Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I'm a specialty RECON element leader for the United States Army stationed in Germany. I've served my time in Iraq and heading to Afghanistan shortly. I've always had a passion for fitness and the arts. I'm just a very active guy, with a passion for fitness and the continual improvement of my body. I do not compete due to the tempo of my job, however sometime in the not too distant future, I do intend to reach a level to compete.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: My unwillingness to ever be fully satisfied with myself and my accomplishments will always drive me to be better; there is always a better, you can always be better than what you currently are.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Pre-Workout: NO2 (Controlled Labs White Flood) mixed with SciVation Xtend BCAA's for faster nutrient absorption.

Post Workout: IDS Labs Smart Gainer (Great proportions of protein, aminos, and simple carbs for recovery)

Additional: Calcium and Potassium for joints and bones. And Milk Thistle and Flaxseed Oil for liver function and heart health.
