What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??

I competed in 2005 and won first place in a fitness modeling competition at the age of 19. I lived in LA for a bit doing some fitness/underwear modeling back in college while obtaining my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Houston.

I plan on competing August 20th, 2011 in the REAL Lonestar Event

My "REAL" story is quite unique. I suffered as a child with muscular dystrophy. I battled it for quite sometime, and eventually through physical therapy, family and the man up stairs made a full recovery on my own. After this personal milestone I was engaged in health/fitness for life. My body is something I had taken away from me and now that I have it back I do not take it for granted.

Philosophies and Beliefs:

I believe anything is possible. Through my past of being wheelchair bound, I have learned that hard work, dedication, and faith goes a long way.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

Try to better yourself daily. Self improvement is what its all about. Training and being in great shape is mental just as much as it is physical.

What are your favorite supplements and why?

I enjoy ON 100% whey, flax-seed oil, fish oils, BCCA's and Lunacy pre work out formula.

Frank Zane is a personal favorite
