All my life I've been told I'm too small genetically. Too small to play football, too small to do security, to small to bodybuild without 'roids. I hate that. So I've decided to dedicate my life to proving the "haters" wrong. I'm continuing to develop naturally with advances in science and the understanding of how the body works, how to use food to your advantage to make gains that others make when they use!

Philosophies and Beliefs:

God developed a perfect machine. One that adapts physically to adversity, stress and strain. When you realize that, you can get your body to grow, tone, strengthen, and transform without any "man-made help"!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

IF I CAN ACHEIVE NATURALLY WHAT YOU ACHEIVE WITH "HELP"...I THINK THAT MAKES ME SUPERIOR GENETICALLY THAN YOU!!

What are your favorite supplements and why?

PROTEIN...hands down!
