Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I am doing my first competition June 5th in Houston Texas...Musclemania! I tried competing in 2006 but when my father had a stroke I had so much on my plate I didnt come in 100%. Now Im ready to compete and give it my 110%! I have a nickname "Diesel"...... When I decided I wanted to improve my lifestyle I went to South Beach for my bday Dec 2009 and ran with The Raven. He challeneged me to run the daily 8 miles he does along with others on Miami Beach and I did! This was the first time i ran so many miles and he nicknamed my Diesel becasue I was from Texas. That name gave me the extra edge.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: Becoming a figure competitor has really tested my passion, discipline and will power. I believe I can so I will. I never wanted more for myself until I decided the day to compete again. Now I want it all!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: The most important is to surround yourself with those that are in the same level as you. Meeting people that are or have competed before is very important because they keep you sane. You have to realize you are not the "average" joe..... So people will not understand why you do what you do and critic you through your journey. Just know that you are an athlete and this is YOUR sport! We dont question pro players why they train the way they do. So why question us!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I love my Nitric Oxide. I cant take any creatine so take NItric Suspension by German American Technologies has given my the edge I need in my workouts. I also like Extend Watermelon flavor for my BCAAS.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Im so excited my girl Ava Cowan is back in the game. I followed her through out the years. My faves will always be Monica Brant who was my first inspiration. Gina Aliotti is great..... Davana Medina, Elaine Goodland
