Profile Information
- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I was an overweight child until I joined the high school team. During those two years I dropped down to 12% BF. But I never weight trained. In college, I put some weight back on, but got into some recreational lifting. After marriage I gained 20+ lbs and got up to 28% BF. I started running with my wife after we had a baby and I continued until I finished the Houston Marathon in Jan. 2011. I lost ~50lbs (228 highest to 178 lowest) and went from 28% to 15%BF. I haven't continued running as I did last year, so I hover around now 180-185lbs. And my BF% went up to 17. I wanted to loose weight again and the running was great for that, but my ultimate goal is to bulk and rip.

I do this by living a healthy lifestyle, but I know I can do more.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- I have never taken supplements. I always wanted to do it naturally. This is something I can learn a lot about.
