2010 is my year to get my body back better than ever!
Philosophies and Beliefs:
I am a christian, and I believe in love and acceptance and everyone taking what God has given them and making the most of it.
Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
I'm learning all I can, so I feel it's too soon to give advice. I'm a great cheerleader! : )

Taking care of my 2 year old today. He has a high fever and is tired, but no other symptoms. Today is cardio, both HIIT and steady. Eating is spot on.
