Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Started back in 1994 entering last year of high school overweight and out of shape. I decided I did not want to live my life like this, so I created a self intervention and enlisted in the ARMY which I knew would straighten me out of my bad habits.
About 2 months before BASIC TRAINING nothing like the bootcamp now a days. I started running a few times a week getting my body ready or at least what I thought was ready for pure hell. The day arrived I enter weighing in at 243 standing only 5'7" at 18 years old.
6 weeks of hell pass and I've lost over 30 lbs, but I didn't stop there I kept on training hard by the fall I was down to 190 pounds and have never looked back. I liked the way I looked and felt really good, so I decided I wanted to keep learning more about fitness & health. In 2000 I got certified by ISSA and I'm currently getting ceritified as a Performance Nutrition Specialist.
