Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Yes, figure competitions and will continue to do so. I have competed in several NGA and INBF shows and about 3 NPC shows. I consider the Houston ProAm show to be my first 'official' show because I did so well in it and because it's the largest and most well known of all the organizations. So now I officially call myself a figure competitor, lol. This latest competition now has given me so much more motivation than I ever expected, business wise and personally.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe My body is not my own, it is God's and I need to keep it holy and acceptable for Him!
Believe the Body

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Keep on, keeping on and know that your bodies houses the Holy Spirit and does not belong to you, but to GOD!!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: CLA Extreme-it works for me. Glutamine and BCAA's

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: A couple local figure competitors that are on there way to the top.
