Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Ever since i was a little girl i always had this dream of becoming a professional ballerina. I started dancing when I was 5 years old and for some reason jumped into swimming. Once I got to the age of 8, I began to just dance and performing shows. Then I just gave up on it and started gaining weight and hated anything that had to do with working out or being active.
My mom would take me to go run with her but i would be crying the whole way through. Then, when reached the age of 13, I noticed that i was getting a litlle bit chunky and had no cardio resistance. I signed up in the gym.. At first I would go there do a little bit of walking in the treadmill a couple dips, abs here and there but nothing serious!
When I got to high school, I would always be worried about my stomach because all these girls that I danced with in school, had the smallest waist and perky booties but not me..So I new I was really slacking. I wanted to look good to0. I started dieting on my own and working out hard on my own. Or so i thought!
I came across a gym named "BRICKHOUSE MIAMI" who the owner of the gym was my math teacher's daughter. So I said why not let me try it out. Let me get personal trainer .When I first went It was like a slap in the face. She killed me!! I told her that all I wanted was nice abs and legs but, no arms! Little by little I was always at the gym. I created conscience about my eating habits. Once i started seeing results i worked even harder. Then, I met another trainer who is insane named "BJourn Moncur" (powerlifter) who really showed me the meaning of working out HARD AND INTENCE!!! I began to develope muscles that I never knew of. I loved it believe it or not. Once I turned 17, i got introduced to the NPC industry and decided to compete. My frist show was May 9, 2009 and I won the fitness category!!! I will never forget that experience! Who knew I do do so well. From then on I've done 2 more shows and qualified for Nationals! I am looking foward for my next National Fitness Competition, and in becoming a PRO,
at the age of 18!

All these achievements I owe them to God, My mom who was the best supporter even though she hates the lo0k, My 2 coaches Tess Lobon (Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer/ Dietitian) and Bjourn Moncur for making me look the way I do. Not to mention, the Brickhouse family and my boyfriend Daniel Delgado for being there for me throughout the whole process and motivating me!

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I belief that when you trully have a desire to do something no matter how hard it may be, your perseverance can help you achieve it!!!No excuses! With God Anything and Everything is possible, if you have the right mentality, and the people around you!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: "Don't stop because it hurts or its to0 hard!" "It's those who are perseverant and dedicated who make it in life!"

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I would have to say Amino fuel because it gives you a go0d energy for a nice intence workout not to mentiion it protecs for your muscles during a workout; and glutamine because it helps your muscle recover!
