Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I just completed my first Figure competition. I decided way last minute to do this, so I only trained for four weeks. I looked my best at the show, but now I know what I need to work on more. As a mother of 3 and business owner, it was difficult to train but definitely can be done with the help and support of friends and family. I'd like to transform from where I am now by adding a little size/weight and strengthening my back and legs.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe that you can accomplish anything that you set your mind to. I also believe that you must take time for yourself and do the things that make you happy so that you can make others in your life happy.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: You CAN do it. Set your goals and do a little everyday to get closer to them. Don't EVER give up! No mountain is too high to climb. Don't listen to what others have to say if they don't support you in your journey. Lean on your support system and have faith in yourself.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I like Kre-Alkalyn Creatine because I don't hold water with it. I also take BCAAs (Extend) during my workouts, lots of Protein, different fat burners (I try new ones all the time).

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Strong bodies and minds are such an inspiration.

(-; Definitely--after weeks of intense training, mental strain and serious overtraining, it takes me a few weeks to be excited to be back in the gym. Just LISTEN TO YOUR BODY--kick back and take some time off! You earned it! Before you know you'll be itching to get back to training, and it will be 10x better after some rest.
