Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I began working out in January 2009 when I met my now boyfriend/trainer. He was a fitness trainer and I was far from a fitness person, but he saw beyond my outward apperance and saw me for who I was on the inside and from there we began my journey to being fit and active. I began at 190 lbs and as April 2011 I achieved my goal at 130lbs and look forward to all the future competitions and to continue my training to becoming the me I have always wanted to be.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: Love this Quote:

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: If there is anything that I have learned through my journey it's that nothing happens when you want it to, you must perservere through the pain, forget about how long it takes and just do what you need to do and the results will come, maybe not on your timeline, but they WILL come if you keep at it!!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I love the Nectar brand protein mix. I am not big into shakes so the vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry flavors are not flavors I can handle. The Nectar brand disolves more like a drink.
