I became an official competitve bodybuilder in October of 2006 at the John Sherman in Houston Texas. I moved to Denton to finish my degree in Kinesiology at TWU. I plan to eventually qualify for nationals.

Philosophies and Beliefs:

Train hard, stay true to yourself and others, and put everything in God's hands. Sounds simple, but it truely works.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

The biggest piece of advice I can give is that whatever you put into something, you get that much out. The world is not an easy place and hardly ever gives freebes anymore. If you truely want to succeed in bodybuilding, school, work, or just life, give it everything you got, and with God's help, you will succeed.

What are your favorite supplements and why?

My top supplements are Muscle Milk for protein powders, white flood for pre-workout, cellmass for post-workout, and while dieting down, I love using Vitargo as my carbohydrate supplement.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?

Branch Warren is the man. The HARDEST working guy in the sport and is a prime example of hard work paying off.
