What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Started as an 85Ib 14 year old who just wanted to get big. I do not plan on competing any time soon, but only time can tell. My transformation journey is to be at 185Ibs with 6-7% bf.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: Stop being stupid and workout the correct way. No jerking heavy weights! Slow and control and that's how your gonna grow.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Franco Columbu
