Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: After my professional football career, I decided i wanted to help the average individual become more healthier and reach goals they set out for themselves, so i became a Personal Trainer. I have been Training for about 4 years total now and i have master every phase in the training area so to me training is easy now. I got into the fitness modeling thing about 5 years ago and just recently had a fitness photo shoot for a company. I don't compete but would love to one day. I always said i wanted to compete i just never found the time to do it.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe if you work harder than the next man anything is possible.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: "To get to the top you have to get off you bottom!" The only easy day was yesterday!!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I don't take to many supplements but when i do i usually go with the gold standard whey protein and a multivitamin. The whey protein is there just in case i don't get my full amounts of grams of protein a day. And of course we all should be taking a multi.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: ronnie colman, johnnie jackson, jay cutler and the list goes on. You have to respect the hard work each and every individual put in to get the success they recieve.
