What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??

My name is Timothy Todd and I am from Middlesex, Virginia. I am 27 yrs old and I have been involved in the fitness industry for about 9 yrs now. The gym has become a part of me since June of 2001. Being ugly and unpopular in school was my motivation to wanna take better care of myself. Do I compete? Nope! Always wanted to. It is bound to happen, I just don't know when. If there is any advice at all that you can offer me , than please let me know:)

Philosophies and Beliefs:

"To be successful in life, you have to take chances. If you aren't willing to take chance, then you don't have what it takes to be successful!" Bottom line!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

Just keep your head up and it will all come in due time. It is all up to you and how bad you want it.

What are your favorite supplements and why?

Multi Vitamins / Fish Oil / Creatine / Glutamine / Amino Acids / Protein ..... Why? Because they all play a vital role in keeping the body healthy and aiding in recovery after a workout.
