- I have a goal to compete in REAL Bodybuilding in 2011. I am not only transforming my physical self but my emotional and spiritual being as well.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I believe that nothing is impossible when you have God on your side.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- I'm kind of a workout noobie but the only advice I have is make every workout more intense than the last.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- I am a fan of Opti-Men, because it is a great value. Hydro whey, Uni-Liver Tablets, Glyco-Maize, and I take a lot of glutamine.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Cody Moore, Jose Campos, Jason Powell
