Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Right now I am in the transformation journey to get as shredded as possible. I am an ex athlete who has been out of the game for a while due to work, so now I have time to focus on myself and what I enjoy doing. I take pride in competeing in anything, and now I wish to take it to the next level.

I was a college football player and a Powerlifter.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Frederick Douglass

Everyday is a struggle trying to stay on course with diet, workouts, and everything that comes with fitness and competition. Thats what puts athletes and competitors on another level then other people.
OBSESSED is just a word the LAZY use to describe the DEDICATED.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Johnnie Jackson, George St. Piere he really isnt in the fitness industry but is an all around athlete.
