What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: To become one of the best all natural, drug free Pro bodybuilders/ RAW power lifter in the nation. To be a leader among my fellow fitness professionals and give people true hope that they can reach their goals without performance enhancing drugs that will cause great harm for the cost of their goal. To show people the honest way and not miss lead them like so many others that endorse the use of performance enhancers

I, Tuan Minh Cao Tran, am an alumnus of the University of Houston, holding two B.S. degrees in Nutrition and Kinesiology. In addition to my degrees, I have also been certified through the NASM "National Academy of Sports Medicine", and ACE "America's Council on Exercise". I have been Training dozens of individuals since 2000.

I hope to grow and become one of the best All Natural/Drug Free Pro Competitors in the Nation. Also, to train clients to be on par with myself or even go beyond myself whether it be bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness model, marathons, wieght loss, etc.... Most of all, to train everyone to live a better, healthier life without the need for fad diets, or use of dangerous drugs.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: When you train natural, the greatest reward is that you were able to earn the results the hardest and healthiest way possible. Now how many people can honestly say they would have the disciple, patients and honor to do it the natural way knowing there are short cuts out there? However, easy come, easy go and short cuts only let to short comings and disappointment when drugs are involved.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Whey protein because it makes it much easier to get the need quality protein one needs without the amount of lean meats needed and the cost that comes with it. ON and cytosport are my favorite brands

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Keith Tobias, Jason Powell

The Federation REAL wishes for me to go toe to toe with the best natural/drugfree bodybuilders, then it will be done. It honors me greatly to know that REAL has that much confidence in me, and I will make sure that they made the right choice. Time to go to work and bring REAL the title of having the Champion among Chanpions in the world of Natural bodybuilding.

Well, it has been a while and I have been very busy. Just to summarize what has taken place the last 10 months so that I do not bore you guys to death, here goes.

Got engaged and wedding is to take place Oct. 2011

Broke the Squat Record in the Texas USAPL in the 198 Open Mens RAW Division. Squat was 534 lbs. Now I own both the Bench Press (402 lbs) and Squat records in the State of Texas
