- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I have gone from a size 12 and 168 pounds to size 1/2 and 125 off season, 112 competition. I competed in my first figure 9/26/09 in spokane, WA. 21 years after I competed in my first bodybuilding contest.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I believe in working hard to achieve your goals and dreams. I am a no BS kinda person. I don't like cell phones in the gym or social hour at the gym. You can talk to me before or after, but don't you dare disturb my training.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Never give up! Take it step by step and you can achieve it all.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Protein powders as they give me the extra protein I need to build and repair my muscles.
