What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I love to workout. The rush and the pump is incredible. I would like to compete some day, but haven't had my body in the shape needed. Maybe this will be my year.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Protein!!! Gotta feed the fat kid!

Benched 355 lbs. 3 times today. Felt amazing. Gotta love the pump!
