Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Love working out, looking good, being healthy. I might compete but I a mnot 100% sure right now.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: The body is a piece of art, a wonderful thing. Some people take better care of their car,shoes, and other miscellaneous things then they do their body. Looking sexy is a bonus to living a long and healthy life.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Never stop or give up, and when you think you have a reached you pinnacle, push harder. This is how you will achieve ultimate results.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: No-Xplode, L-glutamine, and Optimum whey protein.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Any one with a beeter looking body then me LOL. I use that to motivate my self.
