I'm doing empty stomach walks in the morning as I wakeup. After my training, not on legs day, i'm doing 20 minutes of cardio too (HIIT). Results have been ok, but are starting to stop at 12% lol. So i'm kinda pissed cos I wanna get…

- I just want to compete, this all started out as me simply wanting to lose weight and the more I get into this and realize how insanely hard this is the more I love it. The dedication to this sport is what really drives me to want to compete and be the best I can!
