Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Well first off, I was referred to this site by Rick Stien so I am sure it will be a great tool for meeting new people in the industry. I have been modeling for a couple of years now on and off! I have competed and through that I have met some great people in this industry. I have been lucky enough to have a spread in a national magazine. After a little time off I am getting back into the game and hoping to compete sometime at the end of the 2009 year.
Note:

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe that anything can be acomplished with HARDWORK and the right mind set. I also believe you have to place yourself around the people that have the same beliefs and positive attitude to be on top of your game. Most of all, faith and persistance will keep you successful in the game of life.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Stay REAL and be true to yourself. Meet people and make friends. They are the ones that help you through the hard times. If you have a goal, write it out and put it on the refridgerator. DO NOT stop until you have reached that goal. Persistance is the key. Stay fit and say your prayers.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Just ask and I'll tell!

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Successful people that keep grinding!
