man! took off like 4 days over the holiday weekend and it was like starting over at the gym! won't do that again anytime soon! :)

Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I do not compete (right now). I have always worked out and been in various sports, but honestly until the last few months have never gotten it all together. I started seeing a nutritionist and working with a trainer and the changes have been fantastic so far!

Philosophies and Beliefs:: "If you don't have time to do it right how will you have time to do it over" - not sure who said it, but it wasn't me so I thought I'd put it in quotes :) I like this because encompasses so many aspects of life. The only thing I regret about what I'm doing now fitness wise is that I didn't do it sooner! :)

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: If you want it, there are no excuses - period. There are a lot of things in life that are out of our control, but what we put into our mouth and do with our time is totally within our control. It's all about choices.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: The only thing I'm taking right now are a multi vitamin, flax seed, and fish oil.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Jamie Eason has been a huge inspiration to me, but all those who are dedicated to fitness and a healthy lifestyle are always motivating to me. It says a lot about a person's character to make the commitment to this lifestyle.
