I hope I can find a REAL competition to attend.I am tired of the npc and their juicers dumb judges and most of the promoters that think the athletes are not important.mostly louisiana

- Former navy hospital corps.bilateral basil skull fracture in 1986.personal trainer owner of 5it training.have been competing in the npc for 13 years to prove I can still do it.always have been all natural.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Fitness is a way of life.a way of life that makes life fuller,easier,and more satisfying.anyone can try to be fit.the only way to fail is to not try.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- First time competitors need to know that the first time you walk off the stage you have changed.you are no longer a wannabe.you are a competitor.no matter how you place competing with yourself to do better next time is a great reward.only a few can walk on the stage at a natural competition and tell the audience how we live.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- ON.good products without all the invented words and fantasy claims.
