What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I am not competing at the moment I am trying to slowly get back in decent shape after a forced layout due to some health and family issues
Although my last competition was in 2002 , I won Mr Cleveland and then placed 4th in a Master's Competition in Columbus Ohio

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Not taking any major supplements at this time I will in time when my workout intensity and frequency increase -I just take a multivitamin/multi mineral tab daily

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Natural bodybuilders
