Profile Information
- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I first became involved in fitness through martial art and picked up an issue of Muscle & Fitness only because Bruce Lee was on the cover. After that, I got into weight training and found out I really loved it. A few years afterward friends saw my potential and convinced me to do my first bodybuilding show in November of 2001. I've been hooked ever since!
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I believe that we are only limited by our beliefs. Anything we want, anywhere we want to go can be acheived.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- NEVER QUIT!!!
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- My favorites are glutamine, creatine, and whey protein. I take glutamine to recover from intense workouts along with whey for the same reason, in addition to whey's fast digesting benefits. I take creatine for the added fuel it gives my muscles, allowing them to contract past a point where they'd normally give out.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
