Haiti Relief Efforts

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Discipline, Discipline, Discipline. That is what it takes!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Redline for super heavy lifting days....glutamine for after workout recovery and ON Casin protein for slow acting, bedtime protein:)

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Monica Brant, Ava Cowan, Gina Aliottia and JNL
