What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: i hope to compete some day. its hard with cheerleading and college in my way. but if i finally choose to let cheerleading go, i will soon try to compete.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: i believe in GOD!
i also believe that you choose how to live your life, and i chose to live to the fullest and healthiest. i also believe setting goals and completing them makes you a bigger and better person overall. be a leader not a follower!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: i take jack3d. i hit a spot in my workout were i just couldnt do much more. i wanted to get stronger and faster. i use this stuff, and i have maxed out everything i do. its not so hard to run 2 miles, i actually went up to 3 miles without having breathing problems. i maxed out in my bench press and leg presses. i feel great with the energy it gives me. i love this stuff!

After cheer I continued choreography, commercials etc Then I went to WWE where I had a tryout and gave that a go for a bit. Once that was over, the next progression was fitness. It's a whole different world, just like cheer. Once you're in it, it's addicting, and if you're not in it, you can't really understand lol

I have done fitness modeling and won my pro card in competition. Now I am co founder and COO of REAL, the REAL Spot and REAL world tour :)

It is our goal to thrust natural competition into the limelight where it belongs :)
