Ashley Zamora My story

I was in dance in high school so I was in shape. When I graduated I went to Le Cordon Blue culinary school. After I graduated from there I worked with a catering company for 1 1/2 yrs. I had to have surgery summer of 2010 and was off work for almost 6 months. In that time off of work I gained alot of weight and was not in very good health. Everette Henderson I'm in pain right now and it's not physical....I hate downtime.

Do Doctors know much about bodybuilding or fitness. I had a very open discussion with my doctor regarding my lifestyle and fitness choices. He went on to warn me about everything regarding the sport.
