1 month in.

So i promised to keep you guys updated on my progress as i get back in gear. I'm ashamed that i slumped for so long prior to this, but i'm glad to be back at it. It feels so good to get some motivation going & to chase my goal aggressively. 1 month into my new routine, here's the pic. still a far cry from my goal, but i promised you the REAL story. so here goes... compare to the first shot.

And now for the confessions:

I had a bit too much fun on my birthday, thanksgiving and my girlfriend's college graduation. Nutritional laws were broken a bit too much!! This is ceasing and the next month will bring greater results. I look forward to it! I'm starting to "dry out" a bit & i'm glad to report that my body fat percentage is down & strength is up. Time to eat right & take it to a new level!
