Hello earthlings..... Ok, blog 6, here we go!! Buckle up and hold on, it's time to take a ride on the G Express!!!!

Ok, i'm done being stupid. Let's see... So far today has been a pretty good day. I woke up late today. I needed sleep. Believe it or not i didn't even step foot in the gym yesterday! Not even for cardio!!! I think that was my first day to not step foot in a gym in about a month or more. I take breaks from resistance training, but haven't been taking a break from cardio. I was so freaking tired yesterday, it was ridiculous. Not to mention i had a 5 hour school day. The only thing that got me through my day was the awesome tilapia i made, and the fat burner! I normally don't take stimulants on days i don't train, but i just needed it yesterday. I've been feeling really lethargic lately!!! Like i could just fall asleep at any given time... like narcalepsy or something. How cool would that be if someone fell asleep while on the treadmill (like falling asleep when your driving, but on the treadmill). I'd love to see someone come shooting off a treadmill belly first one day, like they were being born into the world again... As long as they weren't old, i'd probably laugh out loud at them... Is that wrong?

Anyways... I just got in from the gym! I met my wife up there. We went to the Richmond 24 Hour. It was PACKED for being afternoon. I think that the mix between the stimulants and all of the people made me train harder. I don't know why... maybe because i thought i was being watched... (even though i probably wasn't). I don't know, something about having people around makes me train my tail off. Almost to the point to where i threw up, SWEET! I hate feeling dizzy, but i love not being able to catch my breath on high intensity days like that. Sometimes i have to lay on the floor and close my eyes... ahhhhh. Is that like masichistic? I've never thought if it like that.. but maybe that's a mild version of masichism, gross!

I started off with about 35 minutes cardio. About 75% intensity. I have been performing cardio with a hoodie on lately, and man let me tell ya, i go "till the sweat drops down my balls". I feel super conditioned after sweating that much. Sweating is awesome when you're trying to lean out. For those of you that don't know... when prepping for a show, you wanna sweat all that sodium/water out to give you a dehydrated/lean/dry look. This really comes more in handy closer to show time. Anyways... from cardio i jumped into some push-up drills. I did about 8 sets of push-up drills and superset those with shrugs. About 5 sets of shrugs. After that i was warmed up and ready to tackle legs. I have to get mentally psyched up for my leg days, as they are super hard! With all that blood in your legs and out of your head... it's easy to get dizzy and feel faint. Hint why sometimes i have to lay on the floor on my leg days. People probably think i'm crazy, but who cares what they think!!!!???!!!!! I started off with some hack squats, about 5 sets. Then jumped into some different style hack squats. I did the ones with the curved platform, for your feet, second. I think i did like 4 sets there. Then i did 2 different types of leg extensions, about 3 sets each.. I only rested about 30 seconds between sets today. What can i say? fatburners are one hell of a drug! I stayed at around 20 reps on everything with my legs today. My push-up drills were in sets of like 50-60, and my shrugs stayed around 15-20... I love total body days. I don't typically train total body, but sometimes i just feel like showing off and getting super pumped around alot of other people!!! SO SUE ME!! Well, about to eat again and get ready for church.... then i'll come home and probably crash hard! Like i said, i've been waking up feeling super tired, hope i make it through another school day. Oh ya... tomorrow is probably a 2 a day for training.. FUN! Until next time, keep it REAL!
