ITS TIME TO GET REAL -- THE COUNT DOWN BEGINS 8 weeks out

I have been training hard now for about 6 months, 6 days a week and 6 meals a day. It is my dream to become a professional bodybuilder. The last few days my journey has taken some very powerful turns. My dream has become so powerful and forceful that I quit my job and am determined to pursue this dream full force. I am so fortunate to have an husband who is unconditionally supportive in my pursuing my dreams. The next couple of months will be difficult but I believe I have to do this its become my destiny. So with my last pay check in hand and the force of the universe behind me I move forward. It is my wish to share this journey with whom it it may reach and help.
I have known for sometime that I would have to be willing to lose everything to fulfill my dream.
Here are the steps I am taking to Compete May 7-8 in the Real World Tour


1. I have made a personal daily schedule out of every thing I must do to fulfill my potential--NO EXCUSES

7 days a week
5am wake up
510 breakfast oatmeal and egg whites
520-540 Morning meditation and training journal
540-550 review work out routine
600-800 training
815am protien shake with bluberries
830-930 rest while listening to tapes on practicing being a mental athlete(maintaining focus has been crucial in all my training- training to failure requires a very positive attitude)
1000 lunch brown rice, fish and broccolli
10-12 competition preparation: scheduling posing, outfit prep, tanning shoes, nutrition learning and tweaking diet if needed. (i also keep a food journal) misc.
12-1 rest
100 snack 1 apple and chicken
130-230 journaling
230-330 practice posing
330-500 free time
400 snack: 1/2 meal replacement and cottage cheese
500 cardio
6-830 reading time and some tv with the love of my life MY HONEY LOVE my husband
830 LIGHT OUT AND I ASK THE QUESTION HAVE I DONE EVERYTHING TODAY TOBE A GREAT PERSON AD ATHLETE?

2. I have reduced my training days with personal trainer down to one day per week due to financial constraints

3. Profess and declare my commitment to my dream and journey here on the real spot.

4. Write blog everyday to indicate my progress.

For anyone out there that may find and interest in my journey I want to encourage you to always fulfill your dreams and strive be be a better happy person. Start by loving the life and body you have today-- anything after that is progress!! It is my only wish that one person may find some hope in my word and journey. I was always taught if you want to keep all the good in your life you must be willing to share it with others and walk thru your fears.

I was there but very sick with a sinus infection...I was sitting in the front left corner. I think you may have sat next to me..

Did I meet you at Nspiration camp?
Your plan looks great for achieving your goal. And pretty intense. Keep it up, and don't forget to have a rebalancing time (meditation, bath, massage, whatever you do, etc). I wish you much success and God bless!
