Muscle is what gives tone and shape to your body and helps you look great in a bathing suit. But there's endless confusion about it. People always want to know: Does muscle weigh more than fat?

I have heard conflicting reports and one is that a pound of muscle weighs exactly the same as a pound of fat—they both weigh one pound!..But I think you're exactly right Jason. I just don't get why my weight plunges when I diet and gain muscle. Shouldn't it be the other way around??
