My transformation - Week 15 - Enjoying the Journey
I am in the early part of week 15 of my transformation. I am changing things up with a three week cycle of lifting. It is making my body continue to shed fat and keeps my body guessing...and sore! Just thought I would share that I am pleased with my progress...and that I am loving this process.
I also wanted to share that I had an AWESOME workout today. After a serious cardio session, which I was already sweating good...I proceeded to do my full body workout starting with pushups to rows....where with every pushup drops of sweat come rolling down my face and dripping down to the floor below. As I stand resting between sets...I look at the puddle of sweat below on the ground pleased with me intensity...knowing that I am leaving it all in the gym...with every workout...progress/transforming my body with every rep!

Thanks Quan...I am really trying to change my life and set an example for others, both at work and at home...and I really feel like it is starting to all happen!
