Quick update on the Pregnancy!
Hey Real Fam!
Today is my baby's official due date!!!
I had a great workout yesterday which consisted mostly of walking lunges, body squats, speed squats, weighted wall sits, and I threw in shoulders, bis and tris for good measure while I was at it : )...just hoping to help get the process going! So far not nothing yet. Today, I plan on tapping into some more old wives tales and eating some spicey foods and drinking rasberry tea.
Keep your fingers crossed for me! I'll check back in with more updates as things progress.
