Weight Loss is Cause for Alarm When Traveling Internationally!

A quick story as I was thinking about this on the bus to work this morning. So I was on my way home from my business trip and was going through Passport Control in Amsterdam. Guess what...the gaurd gave me a hard time. Why???? Because I have lost so much weight since my passport picture was taken that my face must appear dramatically different. He kept questioning me and looking at my picture on my passport and looking at me. Asking how long it had been since my picture was taken (almost 3 years ago, by the way). He finally let me through.

I did not realize what the problem was until I saw my picture on my passport as well...WOW. It is a great motivator to see old pictures and then look at yourself in the mirror!

So word of warning to those of you on transformation journeys....remember to update your passport!
