Real Entertainment Athletes Leaders

Attempting to get back to proper form. I am noticing that I am super tight in the glutes/hams, and feel as if I am going lower then I actually am. I have been told to move my feet every direction. Advice ??

Ok...you have to keep in mind you are working on a fixed plane...and that plane is on a slight angle.
My suggestion is to move your feet abotu 3 inches forward, press more through your heels, stop a little sooner on the way up (top of your movement), and DON'T go any lower...any lower on the fixed plane will cause "sheering" of the patella and miniscus. On free bar squats, you can...but NOT the Smith machine.

You will find the above adjustments will help you "feel" the movement more.
